Clinique Review #1 (Lips)

This is my first time reviewing anything really ^_^ . I chose to review Clinique ‘Vitamin C Lip Smoothie’ and ‘High Impact Lip Colour SPF 15’. After buying my 3-step formula, I got this free mini traveling pouch with some products (kind of mini size) . I’ll post pictures below on how they look like and swatches for the 2 lip products from the mini pouch.

1. Vitamin C Lip Smoothie (Color; Guava Good) :We’ve squeezed in the best ingredients, like Vitamin C, and powered up antioxidants so lips look and feel their healthy best. Your recommended daily dose of lusciousness. Brushes on luscious colour and shine in juicy, moisture-rich blends. (Clinique website)

2. High Impact Lip Colour SPF 15 (Colour; Rouge) : High on colour, long on comfort. Dressed-up colour wears beautifully for 8 hours. And lips enjoy every minute. In highly moisturizing shades that continually smooth, soften, comfort. Protects from UVA/UVB, too. (Clinique website)

My thoughts : Both are very moisturizing <3, which is good cause I do tend to have dry lips at times.

High Impact lipstick (rouge) gives a really good solid color when swatched. When I tried it on my lips, I did fill my lips with lip liner first and then the lipstick on top and of course by doing that it looked really pigmented. But as you can see on the swatch, even on it’s own it’s really rich. The packaging is a normal standard size green clinique one, but it could be a sample packaging. The one I saw on the website has a silver cover. I will update later on how long the colour last, just got to find a time to put on that bold color. :D

I love love LOVE the Vitamin C Lip Smoothie (Guava Good), I do feel that it smoothes my lips and moisturizes a lot. It gives my lips that healthy kissable lips look. I don’t know how to explain it better. It also feels like it plumps my lips? I have this slight tingling warm sensation on my upper lip when I apply it. It’s sheer of course and the packaging is a sample just like the High Impact lipstick that I received with it. The original packaging is a silver colour. I will definitely buy more of the lip smoothie. Love how my lips look.

I’m so happy i got the Turnaround body smoothing cream sample! I have the Turnaround Concentrate which works wonders for my face on the first day itself. My body skin is really dry and flaky andddd with patches :( which is perfect to test this cream out because it is meant to help with my kind of skin problem. I might do a review on this later on.

I’ve also received the Repairwear Intensive eye cream. I can’t find the product on the website to find out what it does for my eyes. Maybe it’s a different name on there. I’ll try to find out and update about it later.
